Yoga Tip: Can this tiny little alignment mistake cost your knee?
  1. Watch that the knee does not move forward beyond the knee
  2. Be careful that it does not move to either side.
  3. This helps build strength in the muscles of the legs and protects the knee joint.
  4. Your hips will also appreciate the alignment cue.
