Yoga Tip: Can this tiny little alignment mistake cost your knee?
- Watch that the knee does not move forward beyond the knee
- Be careful that it does not move to either side.
- This helps build strength in the muscles of the legs and protects the knee joint.
- Your hips will also appreciate the alignment cue.
