This week’s yoga tip is “relax into the pose”

My nephew Michael is demonstrating bound angle pose, two variations. To get the most from the pose let your knees drop open allowing a nice stretch for the inner thighs and lower back. Relax and enjoy bound angel pose fold forward to intensify the stretch.
