This week’s tip is how to find arm alignment with ease.

  • To check that both arms are even look at your back arm.
  • Is it lower than the arm extended forward?
  • Bring both straight arms in front of you with your thumb knuckles touching then re-extend them on the same plane.

Enjoy toning and strengthening both arms in your Warrior II pose.
