We come together on this evening to honor the shifting of energies as we move from summer into fall and the veil to the spirit world is lifted. This will be an evening under the stars where we will dive deep into meditation, gentle yoga and a sound healing experience. Begins promptly at 6pm, rooftop at The Flannery Exchange, 750 North Palm Canyon Drive. Please bring your mat, blanket and warm, comfy clothing. Entrance is at the back of the building, down the breezeway from Cafe La Jefa coffee shop. Pre-registration is encouraged as space is limited to ensure a comfortable environment and to make sure we have a high vibe gift for you to take home to remember the evening.
