Saturdays: 9:00AM - 5:00 PM

Teacher Training is a program designed to expand your knowledge of yoga and prepare you to instruct yoga classes safely and confidently.
Power Yoga Palm Springs is approved by Yoga Alliance and officially a yoga teacher training school.
The teacher training contains a balanced blend of all the skills needed to teach a well-rounded Power Yoga class.

This is a complete program that will enliven your practice and give you the tools to share the many benefits of yoga with the world. You will gain the ability to infuse technical knowledge into your teaching in a way that is simple, yet effective, in a language and context that will be accessible for your students. This will make your teaching powerful! It is an amazing opportunity to empower yourself and others!
This yoga teacher training will help you establish a solid foundation for your teaching in the years to come. It is a program that you can continually build on and grow from as a teacher and a person.
This program has meet the Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Certification standards.
