This is a 60-minute workshop that will teach you all about the benefits of face yoga. Face yoga is a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier with an added sense of relaxation. Sam will guide you through an exploration of your own face muscles and teach you how to use your hands to help your face, mind & spirit to look and feel great & rejuvenated.
