Join teachers Marcelo Martinez (YA-EYT) and Angela Davis (YA-EYT, YACEP) for an immersive journey into Rocket Yoga, followed by a deeply restorative Gong Bath and the opportunity to seal your experience with a refreshing cold plunge at The Soma House.

Rocket Yoga sequences are designed to produce a positive effect on the body. The sequences are rooted in the vinyasa system, purposefully aligning body movement with coordinated breathing and focal points to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility while leading the mind into a meditative state. Marcelo will guide you through a 90-minute Rocket Yoga Masterclass, encompassing all three Rocket Yoga sequences with a fun and accessible approach.

Angela will then guide you into a luxurious Kundalini Gong Bath Savasana, cooling and relaxing the body and mind into deep meditation, balancing your chakras, and inviting profound integration of the practice.

To close, you’ll have the option to experience a 3-minute cold plunge — the perfect way to seal in your practice, invigorate your body, and leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply rewarded.
