• Patanjali’s 8 Limbs: Discover the foundational principles of yoga philosophy, including Patanjali's 8 Limbs.
• Tristhana / 3 Tier Method: Immerse yourself in the three-tiered approach of posture, breath, and focal point, known as Tristhana.

About Marcelo:

Marcelo is a movement professional with a unique approach to fitness. A dedicated yoga practice that spans more than two decades provides the linchpin to a holistic approach to strength and conditioning. Marcelo has a BS in exercise science from California State Univsersity San Bernardino and AA in sports medicine from College of the Desert. He is a NASM certified personal trainer, with a corrective exercise background in Functional Movement Systems, NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher.
