During a full moon our energy, activity and emotions are heightened. This time is great to put your intentions out there and let them manifest in your heart, body and mind. Yoga unites each of these and brings awareness to what is going on within you. Sound baths are an easy way to reduce stress in the body and mind. We are vibrational beings and through this sound healing we bathe in powerful vibrations which resonant from beautiful crystal bowl instruments. These vibrations move through the body as a deep internal massage, relaxing and releasing old energy from the tissues.
We start with 45-minutes of gentle asana practice to tune in to our body, breath and mind and then recline to savasana to take in 45-minutes of sound healing.
Bring your mat, water, blankets and warm clothing. We will be laying under the stars and our November full moon to enhance our meditation and calming experience.
