The purpose of my workshop is to help participants become empowered in their mindset, energy, & actions, so they can shift out of old, anxious patterns & gain total clarity on how to reach their next-level goals. I’ll guide clients to unlock the power of their unconscious mind with NLP, Hypnosis, & Breathwork activations. We will let go of stuck negative emotions, outdated limiting beliefs, & any unwanted energy from 2022. I’ll teach them about their deeper level values, connect to a purposeful goal, & help them begin to create an action plan to reach higher levels of health, wealth, & love in 2023.
