We will be gathering on the rooftop for an evening of yoga, meditation and a healing sound bath.
The full moon in Leo will remind us that it's okay to feel what's in your heart & to bring that out into the world. Through our practices, we will get grounded on what we want in life, strength to face challenges that will arise, and clarity to see what we need to let go of in order to reach our goals and create that abundant life.
Bring your mat, any other props for comfort + dress warm!
