Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics, and it includes many types of partner and group acrobatics.
This AcroYoga Workshop will be a two-part series, with the first being an active Solar practice, where we challenge ourselves physically in an engaging and playful way. In AcroYoga, we participate and rotate through three equal and interdependent roles: The Base (the individual who has the points of contact with the ground), The Flyer (the individual who is elevated by The Base), and The Spotter (the individual who has an objective view of the partners, making sure The Flyer lands safely). Rotating through these roles, we learn how to effectively communicate with others, how to connect with our own breath and body awareness, and how to challenge ourselves safely.
This workshop will be led by Stephen Kraniotis & Atlanta Marie. This workshop will be $44.
