Rooftop Full Moon Movement & Meditation
Join us for a soulful evening under the full moon on the rooftop of The Flannery Exchange. This ceremony is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and align with the natural rhythms of the moon.
This full moon falls in Libra, the sign of balance, relationships, and harmony—inviting us to release people-pleasing patterns, reflect on how we give and receive, and return to a deeper sense of inner equilibrium.
We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow to ground and open the body, followed by a brief lunar overview to connect you to the energy of the moon. As the sun sets, you’ll be guided into a meditation and sound bath, allowing you to soften, release, and reset.
What to bring: yoga mat, any props you need for comfort and water.
