Join Emma at Power Yoga Palm Springs for a core and strength workout workshop that is designed to create a dynamic and efficient routine that promotes overall fitness and functionality. 

 

This class will consist of different bodyweight exercises, that will intentionally target the core muscles while also engaging various muscle groups to enhance strength and stability.


This holistic approach ensures a balanced workout that improves core strength, increases endurance, and enhances overall muscle endurance.


This is a comprehensive bodyweight workout that anyone can do, regardless of their fitness level, to achieve a stronger, more resilient body.
