Join Ashley & Tatiana for a sacred Cacao Ceremony bringing together a community to honor the energy of Yin & Yang
On this day, we will drink cacao, celebrate, dance, do breath work, sound healing & connect with our community!
Upon arrival, Ashley + Tatiana will welcome everyone, setting a sacred space and everyone will have a chance to introduce themselves to the group. They will teach about the origins & benefits of cacao before serving it to you! Ashley + Tatiana will guide you through movement, meditation & sound bath. This ceremony will wrap up with questions, a sharing circle & closing words from your amazing instructors!
