FAQ:

What is cacao? Cacao, also known as cocoa, refers to the raw and unprocessed seeds or beans of the cacao tree (Theobroma cacao). It is the primary ingredient used to produce chocolate. The cacao tree is native to the tropical regions of Central and South America, where it has been cultivated for thousands of years. Pure cacao is used as a heart opening medicine for people to safely experience awakenings and inner healing. Using the medicine of cacao connects you to more of yourself and may unlock higher states of consciousness.

Why an Ice Bath? - It reduces muscle inflammation and soreness, great for athletes and those recovering from an injury. Ice baths are known to instantly uplift your mood and provide mental clarity and instantaneous rejuvenation physically, mentally and emotionally. After the initial cold exposure, the body's natural response is to increase circulation to warm up the extremities. This process can improve overall blood flow and lymphatic drainage, which aids in the removal of waste products and toxins from the body.
